Darren's BD & Acceleration @ Liquid RoOM

It was a damn fantastic and powerful night! Though I didn't manage to get real high but I did enjoy myself. Dunno why...couldn't shuffle last night...was it becos I wasn't high enough...or cos i was wearing a different pair of shoes...or was it cos of too much friction at the dancefloor. hhmm ....
DON'T FIND SO MUCH EXCUSES!!! CANNOT SHUFFLE MEANS CANNOT SHUFFLE LAH!!! :P Hahaha!

It was Darren's BD yesterday and of cos...he being the ardent fan of Yukun, celebrated his BD at Liquid Room. Invited a few of his "close" friends and his trance kakis (Melvin, Benny and I), opened 2 bottles of vodka (which I didn't get to drink much that's why not high enough!!!), and almost got drunk but lucky thing he's smart enough to go make himself puke to stay awake. What was most saddening was...i shall not go into details, but i noticed that such celebrations will reveal who your true friends really are..or rather who you can really go TRANCING (Clubbing) with!
Hey Bro (darren)! Don't think so much lah ok. This goes to show next time go Trancing, just ask the usual few along will do. :D

Well the set last night was HARD AND POWERFUL!!!! Came to notice it only when darren asked me " is it becos i'm seh or is the set hard ". At first i replied him " BOTH", but then slowly realized that the set was REALLY HARD!!! Harder than the usual Progressions! POWER! I LOVE IT! MY HEART POUNDED LIKE NO ONE'S BUSINESS AND I LOVE IT!!! HAHAHAHA. BRING IT ON YUKUN!!! KEEP IT GOING ON !!! HAHA :D

Just a little "review" of Tiesto last week, though nothing much to mention, just complains here and there. IT WAS SUCH A DISSAPOINTMENT!!!! Lucky I didn't had to pay full price for the tix! The place was horendously packed! People squeezing their ways through the dance floor and elbowing each other. This guy tried to squeeze his way pass me and stepped on my foot real hard. I was so angry I PINCHED HIM! haha can't believe i actually did that. And this ang moh guy scratched my face with his watch while trying to squeeze pass my group. Well I guess that's one of the disadvantage for being to short! Lucky no wound or scar. Everything was so terrible and majority of us couldn't tolerate no more, we left about 2am, just when Tiesto started his set. Well too bad. Bottom line...Guest DJ events at ZOUK AND MOS is a NO NO for me and I STILL LOVE PROGRESSIONS ONLY!!! :D

What a blardy day

First blardy day! The PMS is making me pissed with everything!!!
So pissed with never ending work (well what's new)..
So Pissed with the stupid new printer in the office that prints out my artwork that reminds me of those paper house, cash, clothes and stuffs for the dead!
So pissed with the stupid game i'm playing and damn bored with it.
So pissed that i can't do nice or better designs
So pissed i might not be going Tiesto this fri
So pissed with MOONFACE THE DRAWER MOUTH. YOU SUX!!!
So pissed that my BF just don't know how to do anything when i'm feeling so PISSED!
Can't you see i'm pissed with everything??!!! WAHAHA

Well i guess people will just think and feel it's best to leave a girl alone when she's pissed. sometimes it's right, sometimes it's wrong...well i dunno...

I WANT TRANCING TRANCING!!!!

Great Sat Night

The night was satisfying afterall! Was at Progressions with my usual and only trance kakis, ma bf Benny, Melvin, and can never miss out DARREN!, and a few of Darren's friend (which i forgot their names though I've met them a couple of times at sessions.), and some bimbotic girl whom I don't bother knowing her name. haha.

This time, Progressions was held at a different place from the past 3 sessions. Instead of the same old spacious Attic @Tanjong Pagar, now it's at BarBaaBlackChic at at Perak Road! Nice name huh! This 2 storey shop-house turned into a pub grub club place. A place to chill, drink, eat and dance. Interesting concept. But may be a little too small for progressions, and too many ups and downs. But but...of cos there's some good points about this place, it's cosier at the dance floor, right in front of the console, and the Dj console looks decent and COOL! And I think they are using THINKPAD!!!! Well not that I know alot about all these trance stuffs, but this is just based on ma personal opinion lah :) Me not at trance fanatic, but I can only dance to trance. :P AND I LOVE ZOUK OUT AND PROGRESSIONS!!!!

There wasn't as many familiar faces as I would see as compared to the past 3 sessions. Hhmmm alot of new faces this time, and some don't seem to blend/fit into the crowd. maybe i'm one of them. haha. And there wasn't many shufflers this time round, as compared to the last sessions at Attic! How come?? Where were all the cool female shufflers!!!??? And...I sub-consciouly shuffled without knowing, until my Bf and Mel told me that I was! I'm almost there man! Hehe. And I thought I could only slide (which I did at the last progressions cos the floor was more slippery and powdered). Haha ignore my SLIDE, cos that's done only when i'm drunk. haha.

As much as I know, Progressions is the only event I look forward to, and would sure go to, and would truely enjoy the session. Honestly. And of cos Zoukout lah, but this one is quite consistant once a year. Unlike Progressions, it's like a surprise. haha. Well, I'll definitely make it to all Progressions sessions, cos I don't wanna miss the great music, place, people, djs, and fun!!!
Can't wait for the next session man!!!

I'm sure many of you out there have heard the song, "that's what friends are for". The lyrics are really meaningful, and I would sub-consciously tear when I hear / sing / hum the song.
Seems like nowadays...there are people who don't understand the value and meaning of friends, or good friends. Sad to know right. Well, it's a cruel and practical world we live in. To those who are reading this, I want to tell you this, please treasure your friends and don't treat them like dirt! Be there for each other when necessary and don't take friends for granted!

Let's not continue sad stories...now i'll tell my own story...
I've been doing alot of designing of posters lately. Well, it was meant for my work, my dept. Well sad to say I'm not paid extra for spending time and effort doing the posters, and it's not part of my job scope too! But we'll, I'm glad that i'm getting the chance to do, and explore more varieties of designs that I can come up with. I didn't know I could design! Damn it! I'm Serious!!!!
Well, here's just a few of the designs. Hope some experts who sees this can give me opinions or comments.
As I need CASH!!!! I'm looking around for jobs to design posters or flyers. Drop me a msg if you're looking for a freelancer to do your designs yah :D
